The community services workers in the municipality of Contramaestre carry out their duties with extraordinary daily effort, despite having very few resources to perform their work cleaning and beautifying the streets.
From the early hours of the morning, men and women of this sector, convinced that hygiene is essential for the health of the community, begin their work sweeping the streets, parks, and gardens, and collecting solid waste in the designated areas. However, some residents of this town do not respect the work of others and return to the recycling centers, creating social disorder in the affected areas and giving a negative impression of these places.
Contramaestre has always been characterized as a clean municipality, thanks to the work carried out by the community members, whom we have always admired for their dedication, and whom we consider to be anonymous heroes of work, because while many sleep in the early mornings, they are already guaranteeing the cleanliness and beautification of all areas of the Contramaestre territory.
