May Day in Contramaestre: a celebration of unity

April is bidding farewell to welcome the month of celebration and proletarian joy because this May Day, Cuba will dress again in colors, unity and patriotism, to reaffirm in the traditional parade that socialism in the nation is invincible.

In compact presence, a sea of people will embrace the dawn of the first day of spring May, to give thanks forever and see the sunlight that will illuminate the children of the Homeland in the midst of very difficult circumstances but possible to overcome them.

In spite of the existing restrictions aggravated by the unjust and criminal blockade, the working class of Contramaestre together with its family, will express its love for the Island, for what it is, and feels with healthy pride: the condition of dignified, free and sovereign Cubans.

For Cuba together we create, will be the slogan that will resound in the central highway of the municipality to demonstrate support for the revolutionary work and its achievements, to defend the labor union movement in power and to realize a beautiful expression of solidarity and brotherhood among the offspring of the nation.

In close alliance with intellectuals, peasants, men and women creators of wealth, we will demand the end of the Zionist aggression against the Palestinian population. This May Day will be another day of unity and victories with multiple initiatives and a multicolored attendance.

The youth as bastions of unity and symbol of continuity, will ratify their work commitments for the sake of a better society, and with the firm conviction to walk along the paths of equity and social justice.

Once again, visible legs and throats will reedit another May Day, with flags unfurled to the wind to raise their fists and victorious beats, with strong, sure steps in eternal homage to a date of identity, which thanks to Fidel became a great celebration of proletarian unity.
