To better defend the artistic protagonism in the communities of the town of Maffo for a greater approach of art instructors and amateurs with children, young people and adults of the demarcation, appears as an initiative of the house of culture “Gerardo Morín Frías”, on the eve of July 26th.
This link between the exponents of art in Maffo and the population, in the final stage towards the 70th anniversary of the assaults on the Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Céspedes Barracks, reinforces the program of activities for the 2023 summer event, in order to contribute to the spiritual enrichment of different age groups in the enclave.
The realization of an artistic gala with singing, traditional music, poetry and dance, in salute to the National Rebellion Day, is also prepared in salute to such significant event.
