In the presence of the projections identified from the governmental side to accompany the necessary re-impulse demanded by the local economy, the Investment program constitutes in this 2024 an unavoidable projection to be fulfilled with the implementation of efficiency, innovation and science as the maximum direction of the country has called.
For the present year, the investment plan of this territory exceeds 60 million pesos in order to give continuity to the purchase of equipment for the different sectors, among which are those related to the local development projects in the equipment component with a financing of more than 4 million pesos.
In terms of investments, the Public Health Support Assurance Unit for the purchase of medical and non-medical equipment, the Education Support Assurance Unit for the purchase of equipment and furniture, and the Julio Trigo López Agricultural and Livestock Polytechnic Institute for construction works are also taken into account.
In the 2024 Investment Plan, Contramaestre also includes the Housing Directorate for the attention to programs of this sector that have to do with offering better attention to the housing fund of the territory, the military operations theater for the preparation of protective works against natural events, as well as the support units for cultural and sports activities for the acquisition of equipment and furniture, in addition to the Unit number 1 of insurance and support to the Municipal Administration.
