New graduates from more than five degree programs in the part-time format celebrated the twentieth graduation ceremony of the Contramaestre Municipal University Center, dedicated to the centennial of the historic leader of the Revolution, Fidel Castro Ruz. The event was attended by political and governmental authorities of the municipality, as well as faculty, family members, and local artists.
On this occasion, 71 students received their degrees, certifying them as professionals in various fields, including those who earned the highest honors and those recognized for their comprehensive development. Primary Education, Preschool Education, Sociocultural Management for Development, Accounting and Finance, and Physical Education, among others, were represented in the programs offered.
The ceremony highlighted the importance of science in the implementation of local development projects, as well as the training of more competent professionals committed to the current needs of the country, especially regarding economic projects and those that benefit families in Contramaestre.
In this way, the Contramaestre University Center reaches more than 1400 graduates, linked to productive tasks, research and development within the territory itself, as a way of exploiting its potential.
