The Third Municipal Conference of the National Association of Innovators and Rationalizers, ANIR of Contramaestre was held with a wide representation of the members of the movement of innovators and rationalizers in this territory of Santiago de Cuba. Among the most reiterated concerns was the need to achieve a more effective attention of the administrative directions towards those who, with their inventiveness and solutions, sustain the functioning of a large part of the local economy.
The Conference of the National Association of Innovators and Rationalizers in Contramaestrian territory was described as very fruitful, a meeting in which the 26 delegates reviewed the results of the summarized stage, while adopting an action plan to increase the effectiveness of this movement.
The Aniristas were accompanied by Yanet Despaigne Castillo, member of the CTC secretariat in the province, Dailianis Dalis Viel, president of the ANIR provincial bureau; Arianna Correa Cardosa, secretary general of the CTC in the municipality and Enedita Rozabal Fajardo, chief specialist of CITMA in Contramaestre.
Under the leadership of Irina Tamayo Domínguez, president of the municipal bureau of ANIR, the meeting was characterized by very critical interventions towards the administrative directions that remain inactive in the face of the need to raise the attention to the men and women who in factories and workshops put their ingenuity and creativity to find solutions to those problems that affect the productivity and efficiency of work.
Attention was also drawn to the need to improve the functioning of the committees of innovators and rationalizers, to achieve greater control and dissemination of innovations and the corresponding encouragement to those who conceive and put them into practice.
