The municipality of Contramaestre began preparations for the celebrations for the end of the year and the 66th anniversary of the Triumph of the Revolution. For this purpose, the main authorities of the territory developed a series of meetings with producers, public servants and actors of the local economy, with whom they agreed on the offers to which the people will have access at the end of December.
The Santiago municipality of Contramaestre is preparing the conditions to offer a wide variety of offers to the population as part of the celebrations for the arrival of the new year and the advent of the 66th anniversary of the Triumph of the Revolution.
In a meeting chaired by the First Secretary of the party Yoelvis Suarez Zapata, attended by the president of the Municipal Assembly of People’s Power Manuel Rodriguez Alfaro and directed by the mayor Karel Vazquez Lopez, the insurance plan was explained in which the different productive forms of the municipality are involved.
According to what was informed in the meeting, important volumes of food, grains, vegetables, meats will be sold and food service will be offered at prices approved by the Administration Council.
It is also guaranteed the presentation of musical groups in dances and matinees in a special way in the commemorative program for the Battle of Maffo that traditionally takes place in that community.
The main political and government authorities in Contramaestre intend to make all possible resources available to the population, based on local potential and with the active and committed participation of farmers, entrepreneurs and service workers.
