Today, May 4, in spite of a prolonged drought in the east of Cuba, the different food producing entities of the municipality, come to the Agricultural Fair of Contramaestre to sell their products at a lower price than during the rest of the week in the different sales points of the territory.
Hence, the people come to get rid, as far as possible, of the abusive prices that persist in the agricultural products from Sunday to Friday.
This fair is promoted by the leadership of the Party and the municipal government as they continue to work to achieve greater food production and thus contribute to lower prices. Only producing more will lead to lower prices.
