Havana, Jun 24 (Prensa Latina) Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez congratulated today the diplomatic women on their day.
“Our special congratulations to those of Cuba, who are part of the history of the Revolutionary Diplomacy and are an example for the workers of the Foreign Affairs Ministry” he concluded.
In 2022, the United Nations (UN) General Assembly declared by consensus June 24 as the International Day of Women in Diplomacy, in order to recognize the contribution of women in the foreign policy of nations and the challenges they face in the exercise of their positions.
