The collection of taxes destined to the Treasury is the main challenge for the Tax Administration Office, ONAT, of Contramaestre in 2023, in view of the challenge of receiving some seven million pesos for this concept in the course of the fiscal year.
Arelia Rodríguez Reyna, ONAT local director, stated that as part of the actions, the exchanges between the Tax Administration Office and the business directorates of all the entities that must present this year, the sworn declaration on profits and the contribution of the investment yield, as well as to increase the management of the collection of the tributary debts in natural persons through the joint agreements with the National Revolutionary Police, PNR, stand out.
Taxes in Law 157
According to Rodríguez Reyna, ONAT director in Contramaestre, “in 2023, as part of the actions aimed at collecting contributions as required by Law 157, State Budget Law, strict control will be maintained over the land tax levied on entities, establishments and productive forms located in the territory.
Note that the State budget for the year 2023 must be based on a gradual reduction of the fiscal deficit based on an increase in revenues to the treasury as a result of the effective and sustainable transformation of the management and control system of fiscal contributions.
