Contramaestre takes action to confront crime, corruption, legalities and social indisciplines

Measures in Contramaestre to counteract crime

About twenty measures have been conceived in Contramaestre to strengthen actions against crime, corruption, illegalities and social indiscipline this year, with special emphasis on those tasks aimed at the prevention and detection of the causes and conditions that generate such acts.

In this area, together with the Ministry of the Interior, MININT, night tours have been planned to verify the effectiveness of the night watch in state entities and livestock modules that have agricultural structures.

Similarly, priority will be given to the enforcement of forced purchases of livestock that do not comply with the provisions of Decree Law 2.25, while action will be taken to eliminate illegalities in the use and ownership of land and livestock.

The issue to reinforce the actions against crime is the containment of abusive and speculative prices based on the realities of inflation. As part of the actions outlined by the Administration Council, CAM, in order to minimize the facts associated with criminal activity, of which Contramaestre in its different manifestations experiences negative results, also highlight the implementation of measures to raise the perception of risk associated with cybersecurity and cohesion exercises will be carried out in the communities and borders with the municipalities of Palma Soriano, Tercer Frente and Jiguaní for the containment of different typologies including those related to the livestock mass.

The National Revolutionary Police will also proceed to restructure the surveillance and patrolling system, to strengthen the work with the peasant surveillance detachments and to increase the filing of complaints for the crime of disobedience to be presented to the Prosecutor’s Office and later to the Court.

Finally, among the measures, it is pointed out that a work system will be maintained with systematic analysis of criminal activities in the presence of the collegiate bodies, i.e. government, MININT, Prosecutor’s Office and Comptroller’s Office.
