The day was a gala one and 128 new professionals were graduated by the Municipal University Center in Contramaestre.
The fifteenth graduation of this prestigious institution was attended by the First Secretary of the Party in Contramaestre José Ángel Labrada Castillo, the president of the Municipal Assembly of People’s Power Manuel Rodríguez Alfaro, Dr. Maribel Ferrer Vicente Vice-Rector of the University of the East and Master Bárbara Donet Olivera, Director of the University Center in this territory of Santiago de Cuba.
After knowing the main results of the present graduation, the gold diplomas were awarded.
The best graduates were also recognized in the presence of their families, professors and teaching support personnel.

With this graduation, the Municipal University Center of Contramaestre ratifies its outstanding pedagogical position and training of new professionals with high scientific-technical standards.
This result is even more relevant because it was achieved under difficult epidemiological conditions and limited material resources, without affecting the teaching and research processes.
These young people now join society in optimal conditions to contribute with their knowledge to the development of the nation from the locality where they were trained.
