Since then and until today, the Cuban Radio was installed to transcend in history, to radiate voices in any corner of the country, in the city or in the countryside, feeding the spirit from the unmistakable greatness of the Cuban people.
With that emblematic birth, a tradition was born that sought in words and radio sound a channel of communication to give to the audience from all sides that seek in the dial its essence to accompany life.
Radio in Cuba maintains its splendor defying adversities without anyone being able to silence us. News, drama, music, and education make up the programming of the national radio broadcasting that is growing inside and outside the borders.
Every family on the island listens to Radio Rebelde, Progreso, Reloj, Radio Habana Cuba, with preferences also for provincial and municipal radio stations, which reflect communicative products of collective construction so that the homeland remains standing, with attractive and seductive radio stations.
More than a century, accompanies the Cuban Radio, reaffirming the tenacity of a powerful medium that in the midst of the communicational subversion that is done to us, does not stop defending socialism with its conquests and media transformations.
Cuban Radio does not forget its victorious Fidel, the one who spoke from the Sierra to achieve definitive freedom, the immense Fidel who gave us social justice, dignity, education and health, the one who taught us that greatness is in the truth of the word and in the renewed virtue of its people.
Today, when dreams are perfected, the Radio of our Cuba will continue dressed in daily stories to offer voices and sounds to the service of its people in any corner of the country.
