Some 78 students of the municipality of Contramaestre held their graduation ceremony from pedagogical schools so that in the next school year they can become part of the teaching staff of different educational institutions of the territory.
From early childhood to secondary education, there are young graduates who serve as a successor to the current pool of teachers and professors in the territory. During the activity, the eight best graduates were acknowledged and the highest education authorities are confident that they will continue to improve themselves to improve the quality of the educational process.
Although these young professionals are linked to the educational work, they have the opportunity to enter the pedagogical universities seeking a degree and become much more prepared professionals.
It was in the 2010-2011 academic year that the pedagogical schools reopened in emerging courses for the training of primary teachers, preschool and special education teachers, and later, in 2013-2014, the specialty of teachers of English for primary education was included.
