For the second consecutive year after the Covid-19 pandemic, the Camilo Cienfuegos military school in the municipality of Contramaestre held fifteen collectives. The institution was visited on the occasion of the event by the highest command of the Eastern Army.
The Cuban tradition of celebrating the fifteenth birthday is consolidated in the Camilo Cienfuegos military school in the municipality of Contramaestre, Santiago de Cuba.
In the presence of Major General Eugenio Rabilero Aguilera, Chief of the Eastern Army and Lieutenant Colonel Elba Betti Greenup Marrero, Director of the institution among other officers of the “Mr. Army”, these young people who are being trained as future cadet officers, were welcomed by teachers and relatives.
The celebration program included a tour of the municipal capital, after which they developed various activities at the military academic training center of the Revolutionary Armed Forces.
As part of his visit to the school, the Chief of the Eastern Army, Major General Eugenio Rabilero Aguilera and his entourage toured the facility, checking the high living conditions of students and teachers who have health, food, study, recreation and rest services ideal for the performance of their missions.
With the celebration of these fifteen groups, the Camilo Cienfuegos de Contramaestre military school continued the program of activities with which, since the beginning of the year, it has been celebrating the sixtieth anniversary of the founding of the Union of Young Communists in the FAR.
