The bankers of the Banco Popular de Ahorro, BPA, of Contramaestre have new ideas and actions in the face of the challenge of contributing to the updating of the Cuban social economic model with a more efficient service, as required by the challenges of the national economy.
With this purpose, the bankers of the aforementioned institution, branch 7912, is committed to raising the level of responsibility in the fulfillment of their work duties and to demonstrate a positive influence in favor of the efficiency and quality that banking services currently require for their customers.
Bankers’ actions
Key actions in the work of the Contramaestre BPA include: the collection of liabilities, recovering loans, extending e-commerce by expanding the use of payment gateways in the retail network and other services demanded by the population, particularly in communities far from the municipal capital.
Promote a more sustained use of the operations facilitated by the two ATMs available in this territory, particularly those related to cash withdrawals. It should be taken into account that Contramaestre has a high number of workers and retirees with magnetic cards, whose greatest potential lies in the Public Health and Education sectors.
In view of the insufficient availability of cash in the ATMs, it is necessary, as identified by the BPA of this territory, to extend the use of extra cash, an issue that does not seem to have taken off in the locality in the midst of the digitalization process that Cuban society is going through.
