The agricultural and forestry technicians of the municipality of Contramaestrians members of the Cuban Association of Agriculture and Forestry Technicians (By its Spanish name ACTAF) , are called to develop a more systematic and effective work in the training and dissemination of knowledge in the use of science and technology in productive activity. Therefore, here the association has to play a much more active and much more decisive role.
Take advantage of all existing means of communication to come with the necessary training to those who produce food in the field, is part of the strategy that does not escape the accompaniment in economic processes.
Then, look for simple, concrete experiences. How are we going to fight together with the bank partners to facilitate the productive credits that these producers really require. The agricultural and forestry technicians must have their place in the productive analysis and the approval of strategies in the companies and units where they operate.
If there are no technicians, there is no production. All this plays a role. The technician has to win that role.
The leaders have to believe in the technicians. And the technician constantly has to be able to be updated in the latest developments that the agricultural system has.
