The third conference of the National Association of Innovators and Rationalizers, ANIR, was held in Contramaestre with the purpose of evaluating results and discussing challenges and potentialities.
The meeting was chaired by Yordanis Pi Reyes, member of the municipal bureau of the PCC; Yanet Despaine Castillo, member of the CTC secretariat in the province; Dailianis Dalis Viel, president of the provincial bureau of ANIR; Arianna Correa Cardosa, general secretary of the CTC in the municipality; Enedita Rosabal Fajardo, chief specialist of CITMA in the municipality and Irina Tamayo Domínguez, president of the municipal bureau of ANIR.
The 26 delegates present at the conference commented on their concerns regarding the functioning of the different committees of Innovators and Rationalizers, in addition to proposing solutions to the main problems faced by ANIR in the municipality.
Among the work projections for the coming months, it is important to achieve greater control and dissemination of innovations in the different entities of the territory, in addition to the correct implementation of the provisions of Resolution 146 of the year 2024.
The occasion was propitious to carry out the process of renewal and/or ratification of the members of the municipal bureau of ANIR, and to select the delegates to participate in the provincial conference. Outstanding ANIR members of the territory were also recognized.
In Contramaestre, the National Association of Innovators and Rationalizers constitutes an alternative for the improvement of working conditions in different sectors and the search for practical solutions to everyday problems.
