The nineteenth session of the Municipal Assembly of People’s Power of Contramaestre in its eighteenth term of office discussed, among other issues, the production and commercialization of crops. There was a critical exchange on this issue among the district delegates, who demanded more rigorous control over the fulfillment of the plans.
The production and commercialization of crops and livestock is an issue that runs through the entire economic, productive and social dynamics of Contramaestre, as it has a direct impact on all those terminals that define the quality of life and development of the municipality.
This issue was debated in the nineteenth ordinary session of the Municipal Assembly of People’s Power in its eighteenth term of office, generating very critical interventions from the delegates, who agreed on the criterion that only by raising and perfecting the control over this process will it be possible to revert the current situation.
The local administration has the challenge of listening with its feet in the furrow and reacting with concrete results to the demand of the highest state organ in Contramaestre, to solve the problems in the functioning of the mechanism of production and commercialization of crops.
