Havana, Jan 23 (RHC) The Cuban government today condemned the attacks in Jenin, West Bank, perpetrated by the Israeli army, which caused the death of at least 12 Palestinians since the beginning of the so-called Iron Wall offensive.
We reject the Israeli attack against a refugee camp in Jenin, West Bank, which caused deaths and injuries, Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez wrote on the social network X.
Israel commits genocide with impunity, said the Foreign Minister.
His government ignores calls for peace and to recognize the independent Palestinian state with pre-1967 borders and capital in East Jerusalem, adds the text published under the hashtag No To Genocide.
According to disparate official reports, Israel’s aggression in Jenin continues this Thursday for the third consecutive day and the Israeli high command itself confirmed that two Palestinians, alleged perpetrators of the attack on a bus earlier this year, were killed in the West Bank.
Despite the agreement between Israel and Hamas in progress since last Sunday, after 15 months of death, and the arrival of humanitarian aid, Gaza is living a tense truce, due to the increase of tensions in the West Bank.
