The agenda of work conceived by the members of the Association of Economists and Accountants of Cuba, ANEC, on the occasion of the Ninth Congress of this organization, to be held in Havana from November 24 to 26, 2024, continues to be added in Contramaestre several activities.
The scientific event “Efficient Management of the Public Enterprise Sector and the New Economic Actors”, recently developed as one of the actions carried out by the ANEC members of Contramaestre, in anticipation of the aforementioned Congress and to ratify their essential role in promoting local development with the competent use of endogenous resources, given the economic and financial constraints that characterize the Cuban scenario.
The project involved the participation of various economic and service sectors, scientific institutions, local universities, students and professionals in the area.

At the end of the activity, dedicated to welcoming the 9th edition of the conference, the mayor of the municipality of Alicante, Mr. Javier Llorente, expressed his satisfaction with the quality of the papers and the number of registrations, indicating the scientific and social importance of the conference, and highlighting the importance and contribution of the scientists, economists and teachers in the papers that have been submitted.
