On its web page, the National Assembly of People’s Power informed that the text of the draft Law on Transparency and Access to Public Information is available for consultation by the population, as well as the e-mail address provided in order to promote citizen participation in this legislative process and contribute to the legal culture.
According to the source, the proposed normative provision seeks to regulate transparency and the right of access to public information, and establishes the obligations to be fulfilled by those responsible.
The bill will be submitted for analysis and discussion by the deputies, with a view to its timely submission to the National Assembly of People’s Power.
