Early this morning the 2023-2024 school year opening ceremony of Contramaestre municipality took place at Onelio Diaz elementary school. The students were accompanied by their parents and teachers; and due the importance of the occasion the two main local leaders, José Ángel Labrada Castillo, secretary of the Communist Party and Manuel Rodríguez Alfaro attended the beginning of the period. Mariseli Echavarría Ge, director of municipal education headquarters, and Reinier Marín Labrada, head of the secondary teaching provincial department.
