The handover process of the agro-industrial company América Libre belonging to the Grupo Empresarial Agrícola to the Municipal Administration Council (CAM) of Contramaestre took place recently in this eastern territory.
The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Grupo Empresarial Agrícola, the Board of Directors and members of the different productive bases of the agro-industrial company América Libre, and the highest authorities of the Contramaestre government.
This process is the fifth to be carried out in the country and the first in the province of Santiago de Cuba. The municipality of Contramaestre is one of the sixteen territories nationwide that are part of the implementation of this strategy that seeks to promote municipal development and autonomy.
