May Day: Putting our hands and heart for Cuba on May Day parade

May Day to be held in Cun on May 5th.

May Day has arrived and due to bad weather, Cuba had to put off the great march that takes place all over the island. This time, the celebration was postponed, but the patriotic firmness remains standing. Hands and heart to a feeling called Cuba, is the reason that summons us for the coming May 5th.

That day, we make Cuba united, because the workers and their families will take to the streets to defend the social model we built, to endorse that despite the situation the country is going through, we are men and women of great heart and principles.

On May 5th for May Day to the proletarian celebration, is the call to which we will respond with a patriotic gesture, with the majority and tangible feeling that animates the working class of Cuba, to those workers in factories, schools, thermoelectric plants, hospitals, biopharmaceutical laboratories, to those new economic actors.

May Day, passion and commitment

The march of the proletarian people, with equal passion and labor commitment, will dress in colors and joy to demonstrate that we are a nation of universal dimension and that the Cuban Revolution is synonymous with social justice.

Once again, with the pride of dignified Cubans and the hope that a better world is possible, the decorum awakened in the hearts of men will be palpable, a morning of proletarian celebration that defends unity, commitment and victory will be visible.

To the Fatherland, hands and heart, is the national slogan that summons us to celebrate the 5th for a May Day, in a very Cuban style, because the worker is the center of the nation and work is the most honorable and worthy dedication of man, which turns the worker into the hero of society, as our undefeated Fidel said.
