The Organización de Pioneros José Martí ,OPJM, (Pioneer Organization José Martí ) is a youth organization in Cuba that plays a significant role in the education and development of children and adolescents. Established in 1976, the organization is named after the revered Cuban national hero and intellectual, José Martí, who is celebrated for his contributions to Cuban independence and his advocacy for education and social justice.

Membership in the Pioneer Organization is open to children aged 6 to 14 years. According to age and interests the membership is divided into two major groups. First group ¨Mocadistas¨. 1-3 graders; second group ¨José Martí¨, which includes two subgroups: 4-6 graders and 7-9 graders, who are in secondary teaching.
