Tax policy 2023 keeps fiscal benefits

TAX POLICY 2023 MAINTAINS FISCAL INCENTIVES AND BENEFITS

Several tax incentives and benefits will be taken into account in 2023 in order to comply with the tax policy and to meet the requirements set forth in the budget law for that period, whose essence will be to reduce the fiscal deficit.

It is appropriate that the taxpayers in Contramaestre know that in 2023 the main tax benefits and incentives applied last year will be kept, among them the bonuses in the payment of taxes on profits and personal income for growth in production and services destined for export, as well as the exemption from payment of the tax on profits to the technology parks established for a period of five years.

Furthermore, exemption from the payment of tariffs for individuals who import photovoltaic systems and equipment that use renewable energy sources is also proposed for the new year as part of the requirements of the state budget for this stage.

Fiscal benefits for all

At the same time, tax regulation measures are proposed for various purposes, among which are those aimed at consolidating the principles of equity and generality of the tax system and to contribute in correspondence with the economic capacity generated.

Other measures are also proposed, such as the application of tax exemptions and bonuses in key activities and sectors for economic development, minimizing tax evasion gaps in tax collection, as well as continuing to prioritize the expansion of services and conveniences for taxpayers, with the use of new information and communication technologies.
