Educational centers in the rural area of Pueblo Nuevo, district of the Contramaestre municipality, once again received dozens of primary school students to begin the 2020-2021 school year.
This is a period marked by the Sars Cov-2 pandemic which requires adequate compliance with hygienic sanitary measures to protect the health of both students and workers.
The opening of the school period takes place, moreover, in a complex national economic context with material limitations. Even so, on November 2, the schools received their students with the colorfulness and enthusiasm that this event generates for the Cuban family.
Ever since, children of various ages arrive at their schools together with their parents very early in the morning. Pueblo Nuevo is a district that has a strong agricultural influence, and therefore most of the students who attend school in the community come from rural families. They are pioneers who have a teacher, audiovisual media, bibliographies, among other materials needed for their preparation.
The use of the mask, the hand washing point at the entrance of the educational centers, as well as the social distancing will be measures of strict compliance and will be supervised by directors and administrators of each educational institution. The purpose of this daily routine is that there is no propagation or contagion of COVID 19.
The beginning of the school year 2020 -2021 is a reality, it only remains for its good development to fulfill and support all the indications so that our children, adolescents and young people enjoy this school stage in a protected way.
The words of order will be discipline and commitment for students, families and educators.
