Cuba to adopt new measures against COVID 19, announces Prime Minister

Havana, Mar 20 (ACN) Manuel Marrero Cruz, Prime Minister of the Republic, confirmed today on social networks that Cuba will adopt new measures to combat the disease caused by the new coronavirus.

In his Twitter account he said that tonight the people will be informed at the Round Table (On TV) about the new measures to be adopted to combat COVID 19. Only together will we contribute to face this global threat, he said.

The details of the measures adopted by the Cuban government and its health authorities to strengthen the fight against the coronavirus will be broadcast by Cubavisión, Cubavisión Internacional and Radio Habana Cuba. The Educational Channel will broadcast it at the closing and it will also be available on the social networks Facebook and YouTube.
