Cuban troubadour Tony Ávila performed for the first time this Saturday in La Paz. He described as a dream to take part in Bolivia at the Latin America gala of the World Travel Awards.
A dream come true to perform before the Bolivian public for the first time. The current Minister of the Presidency of this country, Juan Ramón Quintana, whom I met during his time as an ambassador to Cuba, had wanted this to happen, said Ávila.
The author of songs and guarachas of social content considered, has scheduled to perform in La Paz, Santa Cruz and Cochabamba. Howrver he consider his presentation in the capital to be the most important in this event promoted in the media as the Oscar of international tourism.
He informed that the tour will include six concerts in the cities of Santa Cruz, Cochabamba and the return to La Paz.
