As of yesterday’s close, July 8, 225 patients were admitted to hospitals for clinical epidemiological care. Another 264 people are under surveillance in primary health care.
For COVID-19, 3,091 samples were studied, resulting in four positive samples. The country has accumulated 195,534 samples and 2,403 positive samples (1.2%). Therefore, at yesterday’s close, four new cases were confirmed, accumulating 2,403 in the country.
The four diagnosed cases are Cuban, contacts of confirmed cases. Of the four cases, two are men and two are women. Two of the cases were asymptomatic.
