Willing to cooperate with the finishing touches for its inauguration, some twenty young people from Contramaestre arrived at what will be the largest grain processing plant in Cuba, located in that municipality.
Summoned by the Young Communists Union (UJC), they were inserted in a productive work dedicated to cleaning, debris collection and general sanitation.
During the activity, they shared some time with Lázaro Expósito Canto, first secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba in Santiago de Cuba, who was on a working visit. The party leader congratulated the outstanding contribution of the youth in tasks of economic and social impact and the willingness of the young people to accompany this historical moment that the Island is going through.
While respecting the code of life imposed by the new normality in which the Contramaestre is, the leaders of the organization handed out a card of membership to the rows of the Young Communist League (UJC) to those young people who stepped forward and deserve it.
